I Customers are starting to ask for some type of written guaranty or warranty on work performed. I am wondering how most of you address this. The majority of my residential jobs come word of mouth, so references usually solve this problem. The jobs I do take that come through some other channel are where I am encountering this situation. Do most of you have a standard written warranty in your contract or stand-alone ? How does it read ? If you don’t have one, how have you handled the customer asking for one ?
Thanks as always,,,,

Hey Matt,
Hit the search button and look for warranty information. There is a good, long thread that deals with this. Lots of ideas, wording, etc...
