I need suggestions as to what would be the best type of gutter brackets to use on a “slanted” fascia. I have finished my Azek project and the new roof is on, now I need to put some gutters up in a couple of areas. Should I use the screw in brackets and make wedges out of Azec to make sure they don’t droop over time ? Because of the way the drip edge was done, I dont think that roof brackets are a viable option. Any suggestions are appreciated. Picture of the fascia is below.

I like the Sampson Gutter Hanger. A little pricey but a strong hanger.

It looks like you are going to have to put something behind the gutters to get them out further. The way you have the shingles and sheathing sticking out I think the gutter will be to far back and like you said it is angled.
If you make a block every couple of feet ( more or less) they will give the gutter support and you can screw to them.
I've always had the fascia just around an inch back from the shingles and the fascia is vertical.
He could go to a bigger gutter too. Last time I installed gutters I put on a 5" or 6" (can't exactly remember). Nice thing about the larger sizes is that you can pretty much hang them level (unless you have an extremely long run).
Nevermind!

Pop,
You are correct, the entire fascia is on an angle. The gutters we had on before we replaced the fascia were vinyl ones with a "wedge" type mount that kept them vertical. This is how almost all of the houses in this area were built. A lot of them have the gutters "tilted" and that loks like ####. Most have them attached straight, but they invariably end up sagging and looking like ####. I am going to have a local company roll the gutters for me in one peice, but will install them myself. I guess the wedges behind the gutter is what I am going to have to use to make them look acceptable.Bill Koustenis

Wheelie, (all the way through 1st gear ?)
No choice on the slanted fascia, that is the way the house was built 30 years ago. I was going to try and change it when I replaced the fascia with Azek, but it would have just been too much of a hassle. I am a little disappointed in the way the roofer did the drip edge, but he was the only one that would even do a drip edge :( Its actually not as far out as it looks, the drip liine will be right about in the center of a 5" gutter. I have a lot of Azek left that I can make wedges out of. If I do them, they will be at each of the hangers.Bill Koustenis

Half round gutters adapt easily to angled fascia.
Some hangers from Classic Gutter Systems ( I think the last word is correct) and Berger bros. will work.

I understand. You do the best you can with what you've got. I used hangers similar to what Ted recommended but cheaper ones. I went to HD. I just use more of them if they are weaker.
