Need advice on what to use to trim the inside of a half round window. About 30 in. wide. I have looked at flextrim already. I need something 3/4″ thick and it will be painted. Thanks, Mike.

3x 1/4 cdx of almost anything. or tell the guys what would be ideal first, like what matches the rest.
I kind of hate to mention this here again, but it was so cool I'll just have to do it. (No, I am not associated in any way with Azek.) At the JLC show in Prividence they had a demo with a guy making round trim out of Azek. You heat the stuff up then use a form to fit it around while it cools. When its done there's no springback as there is with bent laminations. It might be kind of labor intensive if you're just making one or two moldings.
They were selling the heating strips there which go over and under the Azek to heat it, and when it's done, the stuff is as floppy as a piece of spagetti. If you're going to paint it anyway it would be a way to do it. They routed a decorative cove on it when it was done. Looked very sharp. I'm sure you could get more info on thermoforming cellular PVC from Azek or one of the other manufacturers.
