Anybody use digital bore scopes on a regular basis?
I’m thinking that in a code enforcement situation where you have to ‘normalize’ the work after the fact a borescope might save a lot of heart ache. If the inspectors game they can see whats inside the wall without demoing a large amount of sheet rock. You could even send it up plumbing for a little bit to check for venting and what not.
Harbor Freight has one on sale for $89 that looks like a copy of a RIGID unit.
I’ve got an additional 20% off coupon and my FIL gave me a HF gift card for xmass….
Thoughts?

Does it capture pictures or video? I think looking at a little screen would be lacking details.
Nope
Does not capture images but it does have a video out so you could display it on a bigger screen.
Or if you had a laptop with video in you could capture it there.
