   I'm a lowly handyman and I just bid on a job to replace some siding

   I'll be intalling hardi board siding and I will be charging $5.00 per foot for my labor

   I'm installing about 200 ft is all

   but this will serve as a bump and some of the others will chime in

   .

   Much depends on what do you mean by "trim it out"?  Just siding ~$1.50-2.00/sf

     Thanks Redford. I am out of time to do it myself and was quoted $1.90 and this includes doing soffit. The rainy season is coming I better get it dryed in.  Dont know what I want around windows, if anything. I kind of like the clean narrow look of vinyl widow against siding. I am open to suggestions. The climate is pretty harsh here,600 feet from the ocean.
