We had a client that was satified up til the last 2 days when a family friend said “that’s not the right color grout”. Needless to say the final bill was not paid and we went to file a small claim. My question is: who goes to mediation? do they allow witnesses like a trial? She is a sweet lady but way to easily swayed! Very interesting conversations with her – she can’t afford more than $500/mo to pay, but can pick out a $400 toilet!?!? we just want to get some “ducks in a row” before sept. hearing. Thanks in advance for any help
