Hey people…I though I read in a previous post someone was talking about a pricing CD you can install on your computer to get prices on materials from HD or Lowes. Anyone know anything about that? Thanks!

Go to the Pro Desk at Home Depot (that's an oxymoron, no? LOL) and ask for one of the ProBook CD's. It's a version of Craftsman's National Construction Estimator Software, which carries HD's pricing and SKU's. You can update pricing from your local stores to keep it up to date. The software's not the best, but it's better than using the book, since all the lumber pricing and other comodity items all have the little "call" symbol next to them.

Yeah, but even some of the updates still don't have certain lumber prices.Do it right, or do it twice.
That's because they are "politically correct".
Around here, anyone who uses standard lumber should be certified. My local HD carries all sorts of PT wood that's not on the upgrade. I have to call anyway.Quality repairs for your home.
