   So, when they talk about "air conditioning" in that article?  I think "cooling".  Is it possible they use the term "conditioning" to mean cooling or heating, depending on what the building needs at any particular time?

   I mean, "conditioning" could mean "changing", right?  As in making cold air warmer, or warm air cooler. 

   I think I noticed that was a UK website.  Is it possible that's one of those...what do they call those regional language usages..."colloquialisms"?

   When you use hair conditioner does it get warmer or colder?

   Or does an airconditioner just get rid of tangles?
