After 14 weeks for delivery the cabinets arrived. the sink base was not to order specs and full of heavy black dust. Also only 1 hole drilled in each door for handles. it looked like a left over. Ordered with NO holes for handles but they drilled all the cabs anyway. Rosettes were different on the fillers and the sink base. The wood range hood should have been made to take an “engeboll” carving but arrived to narrow.
12″ drawer fronts too narrow to take the handles supplied by woodmode.
Well its five weeks after the rep ordered the replacement parts. We accepted the holes and tried to order matching rosettes and replacement drawer fronts, also a new front for the wood range hood.
Total cost for this kitchen $17,000. Thats 14 cabinets plus molding.
What discount should I expect for all this hassel. I have yet to be called to be told my stuff is in and ready. Comments?

Don't expect anything beyond an apology. And maybe some half-witted excuse that this has never happened before.
*Don't give up with just an I'm sorry. Where were these purchased? I have been paid before by the supplier to do things beyond the normal scope of kitchen install. Remember of course, the homeowner is the one you want to keep happy.Your good word or bad about woodmode is what keeps them in business or not. Make sure the supplier understands. Best of luck.
*I'd make a simple, reasonable, offer like accepting everything except the predrilled doors. just have them replace the doors....or maybe they had something in mind. Skip
