Does any anyone use a Hilti cordless drill? What kind of luck have you had with it? Is it worth the extra $60-100.00? I love Hilti tools. I haven’t used or know anyone with practical use of the cordless.

Yes.
Great.
Yes.
I'm biased, but I dig Hilti stuff. I have several red boxes in the inventory. Yes, you pay some for the name. I won't lie, but you also get friggin awesome customer service, and everything I've had so far is just engineered to perform. Example, hammer drill. I have a little TE5 which is just about the size of a box of grape nuts. It'll punch a 3/4" hole through concrete to the depth of the bit (6-7") in about ten seconds. Neither my PC, Milwaukee, or the Bosch before them (which was also a great drill) came close. Haven't had anything break. Closest was when my nailgun got a nervous tick, I took it to my sales rep on Monday, Wednesday morning I had it back working. Plus you get a warranty that includes years of no questions asked. The TE76 is the next baby on the way.

LOVE THE HILTI STUFF
the waranty is longer that most ( 2 years i think ) the drills ( corded and cordless ) just feel right.
i have 8 of their 12v 3ah drills being used by a crews who work drills hard ( not abused but worked hard) and have never had a problem with them ( the oldest one is about 3 years old ( that one maybe a 2ah battery) well in any event they are well worth the extra money and the service i receive is first rate.
