I know, I know!! Lack of a vacuum breaker on the sillcock. (Couldn't possibly be anything else wrong with that setup.)
is that an electrical outlet directly under the sillcock?

Baloney detecter
Killjoy!!
The outlet is in the box upside down. The ground prong should be on bottom.

The color of the siding is all wrong.
The paint is deteriorated on that window well cover -- scrape, prime and repaint and everything will be fine.

I know! I know!
The outlet is upside down! How else'n ya gonna plug the well pump in?
(Unless there's a teenie tiny hydroelectric plant down the well hole . . . )
Can't you use one of them there GFI units...no problems.
You turned the picture upside down, probably work for Fox News<G> Don't worry, we can fix that later!
Quite obvious. You need an ant-siphon valve on that sillcock.
That's just awesome.
That must be a drain plug under the sill cock.
Some dirty rat stole the hose!!!
I know this one.
The picture is upside down. The plate and outlet are on the ceiling. And someone installed the bonnet upside down.
And the clapboards are installed upside down.
Obviously the builder had the plans upside down. A simple lack of training.
This was a tough one. Do you have any idea how hard it was for me to stand on my head on top of my desk? Bout broke my spine a couple times falling off. But after ten minutes or so it made sense. Then again it could have just the blood rushing to my head. Gave me a headache.
For the right answer you owe me some aspirin. Who says you can't get exercise diddling around on a computer.
being an ace electrician (at least here in cybertron) I would have expected you to get it
There is no ground on that receptacle!!!

Other than the picture is rotated 90 degrees it does not look too bad to me.
But someone must have overcut the hell out the wall where the box is.
That is one HUGE oversize coverplate.
What is the source, with my DW work I could use some that big.
