I got a Sundance about 8 years ago and it has been great.
Avoid SoftTub. I have electronic problems with the controller, and all they did under warranty is hold the unit for 7 weeks and give me the same thing back, not fixed.

We've had a Hot Springs for the last 8 years with excellent results. Little or no maintenance except for replacing the ozonator this past spring. Been a godsend after doing those household repairs and yard work. Good for arthritis too.

I do work for a resort that has 16 Sundance hot tubs on decks right on the Pacific Coast. These experience a level of abuse that only short term users can administer. They have been, on the whole, trouble free. The only downside of the newer electronic controls is that trouble shooting or repair by the owner are near impossible.
