Can somebody give a rough estimate how much it would be to do an extension/ 3 room addition and 1 full bathroom with an approximate area of 1200 sq. ft. and also kitchen relocation with an area of 120 sq.ft. House is located in riverside,california.Materials are as follows: tile roof, 2×4 stud, drywall finish inside, plaster or lathe outside

Somewhere between $100 and $1,000,000 I'd guess. Give or take a little. Maybe more if you want it real quick. Perhaps a little more with some change orders. Archy fees and permits could nudge it up some. If you hit some ledge on the ex, hoo, I don't know, a bunch more. Weather could be a factor, too. Tough to really say.
