I have an un-usually long list of projects this spring that would be easier with a 24 foot aluminum stage on a pair of ladder jacks.I would appreciate any ideas on how to make this type of set -up safer.
Mike Smith has shown his set-up using aluminum poles, pumpjacks, and a nice staging and rail system. I would love to use this type of system on these projects but the brackets which mount on the top of the poles and attach to the roof would be a big problem for me. Plus my set-up may need to be moved several times a day,and ALWAYS removed from the jobsight each night.I feel my fiberglass ladders, aluminum ladder jacks, and aluminum staging will offer me adequate portability. I would like to make them as safe as practical and I would appreciate advice from those of you with greater experience in this sort of application.
Thanks in advance,stephen
