There is a knee wall area above the garage. Are there any thru wall vents made that I could put through the siding? without framing up a big “gable end vent”?
Cant use a regular roof top vent as it would show from the street.
i have done some web searches.
Seems a 4 or 6 inch thru wall would work best?

If you want a louver in the side wall try doing a web search for one you like. Another option if you have enough room below the windows would be to cut a slot in the sheathing there and and put a mesh type vent [Cobra is one] under the dormer flashing there. This would raise the flashing up about an inch. If there is room for it it might be more aesthetically pleasing than the alternatives.
flash filter vent available thru Harvey Industries
i use "midget vents" they come up to 6" that i've seen .... i use mostly 4" they are round you use a hole saw that matches and a little caulk and pop em in the hole
once painted they are hard to notice... careful with the paint as it doen't take much to block em up

I have one of the midget vents on the other side. they do not have much free area. what would be nice would be "round small roof vent" maybe only 4 inches in diameter but I can not find any- and mount it thru the siding.
why not a dryer vent with the flap removed and a screen placed where the flap was...
