We are a design build firm that self performs the majority of our work. Last year we did just under $300k in total revenue. This year we are on track to complete just over $600k and we are booked until May 2006. In the past two months I have had to turn away at least $500k in work because I do not want to grow too fast. Frankly it feels too fast already, but we have been able to keep quality high and profitably up.
How much growth have you guys been able to manage? and what systems and strategies did you find necessary when to reach the next level?
I have three great field staff and a part time office assistant. I am looking for the fourth field person at this time.
