How to replace the rod rafter at the end

Hi All’s,

My roof has a few rod rafters at the end by termite, I ‘ve seen somebody from the termite company replaced those end rafters before, but did not pay any attention , now my roof need to repair.  Can someone give me some ideas what to do.  Thanks.

    "rod rafter?"   What's that? Do you mean rotten rafters?  If your rafters are rotten at the ends only, scab a new piece on.

    If you mean rod rafters....call your termite guy and have him fix them since he did it once before.

      Yes, I meant rotten rafter.  Sorry, for the misspelling, but how do you do so it won't notice easily.  Thanks. vn
