Here is a naive and probably self answering question, but I’ll ask anyway.
Do I-joists and ridge beam, glue lams, etc have a shelf life that ma or may not render them of any good, especially if the have been stored outside, bundled, and unwrapped ? the appear to be in decent shape, the price may close to nothing, hate to see this much material go to waste but maybe it is to late. Just fishing for some opinions. Thanks.

if they are dry and stacked properly, they should be o.k.
if they have a shelf life, a lot of homeowners are in trouble when the expiration date comes due!!
