I am doing a sewerage ejection system which needs to set inside of an existing concrete tank. The tank has a hatch going into it , but I need to install a second hatch. I would have to cut the new hatch into a concrete slab. Does anyone know of a source for round manhole style hatches that will retrofit into a slab leaving a finished appearance?

Would this be flush with the top of the tank, or elevated several inches? If the latter it seems like a standard manhole ring would do.
But in any case visit your local tank manufactuer -- they likely have stuff in a catalog, if not on hand.
