Hello just lookin’ for good idea’s on a removable face panel on
tub with jets. For access to the inside. I know there&
#39;s things you can do with magnets. I’m sure there has been some interesting thing’s done in this realm. Dazzle me with your ideas. Thanks Michael

If you're going to use magnets, get some Rare Earth magnets from Lee Valley Tools http://www.leevalley.ca They have mounting cups and everything you'll need to do it that way quite neatly.
Another approach would be to put threaded inserts into the framing, and screw the panel in place with some decorative ¼-20 machine screws. Lee Valley has this stuff, too.
Whatever else you do, you might want to consider pasting some sound-deadening material on the back of the tub surround to help reduce motor and pump noise.

But it is not this day.
No dazzling, sometimes simple works best:

or there are u shaped clips that catch a single roller.
We used to use magnetic catches (not rare earth), until we did a house that the tub panels were sucked off every time the front door was closed. Homeowners didn't care much for inspecting the plumbing every time they came home<G>
Here's a simple 3 panel unit we just finished.
Hey Bucksnort, Thanks for the photo. Another question? Are all 3 of your panels removable and also with the roller catches, where did you attach the male and female pieces to if one goes on the framing and one on the panel then seems like it would hold the panel out. Does this make sense. thanks again Michael
All three panels are removable on that one, but they didn't have to be. One piece of the catch is inside the face frame...I'll try to get a pic tomorrow. Don't worry, we can fix that later!
Here ya go: Don't worry, we can fix that later!
Sorry, nothing dazzling here...............
I just made a tub panel with heavy duty magnetic door catches -- two on each top corner, and 2 on the bottom. Used a piece on the bottom of the panel, and two on the sides to "register" the panel (for position) before you pop it in place.
You could also use the friction catches, but I like the mag catches because they are easier to adjust.
