I am looking for suggestions regarding insulating a scissors truss roof. House is in PA, trusses are 24″oc, 4/12 pitch interior ceiling,6/12 roofline, 18″high(heel) at exterior walls, 48″high in middle, 26′ span wide. Loose fill would fill all the voids well(voids between trusses, wall blocking and truss braces) but everyone says it will settle and slide down the 4/12 pitch cieling. Some have suggested r-30 kraft faced batts covered with a couple inches of blown matterial. Thanks for any Ideas!….Jim
