I haven’t been around much; I usually just read and learn anyways.
My Dad is in the process of purchasing a ranch to re-hab and sell. The plan is to add a second floor and a two car garage along with redesigning the existing first floor. We are in the design phase now trying to get ideas of what the house should look like and what we want to incorporate into it. I thought there was a thread a while back that asked a question something like “if you had to build you own home again what would you includeâ€. I can’t seam to find it now. One response I remember was electrical outlets on timers near the roof for Christmas lights. Anyways if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great, feel free to post any comments here as well. Things I might want to keep in mind for resale value!
