Which impact driver Dewalt or Milwakee in 1/2″ , will be used to put anchor bolts in mudsill.
There are a number of ways to achieve a level foundation and mudsill.

I'd favor the Makita or, or any other with the pilot LED light. Lowes was offering a drill and Impact set for the price of either tool alone.
There's also something to be said about getting the new Lithium Ion batteries (as in the Lowes special). Makita has, IMO, greatly improved battery handling than either the DeW or Mil.
