Hi, My home has a I__ ……I (ignore the …) shape, and I live in Southern CA. has 4 turbins, 1 on each I and 2 on the horizon. At the end of the South I and the horizon ends there are windows for air flow thru the atic. Now I plan to remove the turbin from the South I and use the hole for the tubular. Is this possible?

Assuming I read you right (which wasn't that easy, btw) you want to remove one turbine ventilator and replace it with a sun tunnel, or tubular skylight, right?
If so, yes, it's possible, but you've got the tail wagging the dog here.
Normally you select the roof penetration based on ceiling installation; in other words, you first pick where you want the lens in the ceiling, then choose an adequate location in the roof.
If you can make the location work, then sure, why not. The hole in the roof might or might not be the correct size. For Velux sun tunnels, the required holes are just shy of 14.5" and 22.5", corresponding to 16" and 24" oc, respectively.
:-) The main reason is I feel that turbin location is no use at all, beside I can get away with too many holes on the roof. Your thought is exactly what I am afraid. The ceiling hole will be 4 feet away from the roof hole (turbin hole), and I am afraid to deal with angle here and there and might not be even succeed....
