Last fall I converted an outdoor deck into a three seasons room attached to the rear of my house, but ran out of time to finish the inside. I built an 18†kneewall around the three open sides and put 6-1/2’ by 4’ windows between each post (except for a storm door). The floor is tongue and groove Timbertech on 2 x 10’s about 30″ above open ground. The roof is a 6’ gable with skylights and recessed lighting.
I’m planning to put fiberglass insulation in the kneewalls and gable roof, but I’m wondering if I should do anything under the deck, like cover the ground or install rigid insulation under or between the floor joists. I may end up putting a carpet on the Timbertech.

I would strongly consider closed cell foam insulation. This is the 2lb density type. If you can find someone in your area that is resonable with the $$ then that is the way to go.
The reason for the foam is the excellent insulating value and the closed cell specifically because it is a vapor barrier. I'm thinking you need a vapor barrier below your floor. This also needs insulation of course.
Any carpet in there w/o a vapor barrier is not a good plan.
