Can anyone tell me the “proper” way to insulate the floor of a house built on piers without the risk of moisture build-up and eventually mold. I live in the northeast and want the maximum R-value, and can crawl underneath.

If it were my house I would seal the floor and walls of the crawlspace and spray foam the floor.
