Finished framing a house with walk out basement, combination garage and living space. Two 9 foot conc. combination retaining- foundation wall with dirt coverage 3/4 to 1/2 up. The footer is well drained and no signs of leakage even though some heavy rains and dirt is not yet graded away from house. Have noticed condinsation, on a couple of days, warm humid day, cold concrete. In the living space we framed 2×4 walls one inch form concrete. The owner was going to use spray foam insulation but went with spray cellulose because of the cost of foam. My question, can you you spray cellulose on unsealed conrete, or maybe bat insulation. Worried about closing in with possibility of undeted moisture in conctrete? Any thoughts? thanks
