I recently paid about a buck a square foot for 10" (r38) and about half that for R19 (5"). This was in Iowa.

thank you appears to be the same area.
Here in NY (upstate), to fill 2x6 with Densepack is $1.50/sq foot
For R-38 in attic, about $1.25/sq foot
(this is new construction mind you, not retrofit)
