interior green spray foam insulation
I live in a condo and am trying to find something to keep my neighbors cigarett smoke out of my unit. It comes in at the base of the wall. I pulled off the baseboard and thought I could use a spray foam insulation before putting back the trim. But I can’t seem to find a foam insulation for inside they are all exterior foam. I’m concerned about VOC’s and offgassing of chemicals. Any sugestions on what to do?

Look at the Daptex brand by Dap. It's latex based vs the cyano-whatever stuff, and should be "greener". Very low-expansion, though, so you'll need 2-3 times as many cans. But on the plus side it cleans up with water.
thanks so much for the suggestion, do you know if this can be used behind an electric heat register
