My wife and I are planning a significant addition to our house. The addition will have siding complimented with Novabrick and we will be siding over the stucco on the old part. The additon will be colored with earth tone which will not match the white soffits and fascia on the old part. Since we are siding over the stucco, would it be possible to cover the shingles and spraypaint the new matching color onto the old soffits and fascia or is replacement the only alternative?
