Is it safe to paint your home ith this product?

My mom bought this product called TNEMEC protective coating to paint her house. I dont think its the right product to use. The areas to paint are stucco and wood.What do you guys think?

Well, that outfit sells a bunch of different products. Apparently they are "protective" in the sense that they resist chemicals, graffitti, abrasion, etc, and as a result the nature of the finish is apt to be more "industrial" than one might like.
To say whether the product is "unsafe" would depend on the specific one chosen, and whether it is suited to the specific application.
I have used Tnemic paint on large commercial projects it's extremely durable and hardwaring and is specified because of it's warranty. I have only seen it used on metallic surfaces so unless you have something that says it's for wood and stucco I would not use it on your mom's house
