Sounds too cheap, but where are you? I would guess a minimium of $185.

Someone posted this on BT awhile back
http://www.building-cost.net/
It has a building cost calculator. Don't know how much stock to put in it, but it is fun to mess with. I don't know if it figures ICF's.
looked at that...
some body could get into trouble with that......Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming<!----><!----><!---->

IMERC, round these parts, $100/'sq. would cover about 1.3 times the material costs for what you describe.
Guess I'm not much help other than to say that sounds way too low.
"Let's get crack-a-lackin" --- Adam Carolla
I think your labor rates are higher than ours. Right now, absolutely the bottom of the pickings is maybe as low as $125. If you're swinging the hammer on several trades, you might pull it off, but barring that, doubtful. I priced out a house just a couple of months ago not very unlike what you're describing. Change it to 2300 sf. My hard costs, even with hardie siding, almost no tile, were over $145.
The systems built shells I've had just a touch of experience with (and these are not mansions) they truck in a shell, you finish the roof, add the garage, provide the foundation and mechanicals, hook everything up, fix any cracks, build the stairs . . . those are coming in about 90.
Whacha got up the sleeve? This doesn't sound like fishing.

friend's new mountain escape... on not much of a budget... it'd help to get a feel for figures in print from y'all so they can see for themself... right now they thin 100 is exorbinent.. I say it's about 65% down if we're careful...
even if ya don't have to leave the porch to fish it still doesn't make it less expensive...
I suggested Hardi over stucco... so what can ya tell 'em other than more gooder and last heaps longer and it's about ferever...
CRS bit me to the max... fer the life of me I can't remember the other more better than Poly Steel ICF's... ziltch on the search...
Can't remember what Wrecked Angle built his place out of either... dumped on the search on that one too...
that shell here is coming in at 115$SF.. all else is extra...
maybe I should mull this over some fishin' this weekendLife is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming<!----><!----><!---->

I apologize to Marty and y'all. I am really having a ruff time dealing with a fading mother 900 miles away, and a whackjob wife 9 feet too close. Sorry. Truly sorry, I ought not let the steam valve open here.
