Looking for a 20 amp 120 volt GFI made for a Pushmatic pannel. The pannel was installed in the early 70’s and the breakers are OEM. The local electrial supply house carries a line of Siemens I-T-E replacement breakers for Pusmatic pannels, But no GFI’s. Here’s a medium quality cellphone pic of them.
Thanks in advance for View Imageany help or info.

Thanks alot I will pass the info along.
Is this an existing GFI breaker?
Any reason that they could not use a GFCI receptacle or deadface GFCI?
The newer GFCI's have lots of improvements in their design.

A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
Yes, I think its original from the 70's, its in a bodyshop and the owner doesn't think this stuff should wear out. I figure if he doesn't want to pay the price these are going for, then I will suggest the GFI outlets.
show him this..

I wonder what they pay for used breakers, Hmmmm.
I would guess very little for resi stuff.. certainly nowhere near what they are charging for rebuilt ! recall seeing those things when Eisenhower was in office,
I liked the Pushmatics, and the old Wadsworth which were pretty much the Cadillac of breakers back then IMO.

Yep, Pushmatic style buss bar connection always impressed me.
Pushmatics, and i was able to buy them for my house that I sold about 4 years ago. Figure there still out there somewhere.

Thats why I decided to ask here, just think of the number of years of accumulated wisdom here.

I stopped by job on the way home this afternoon to fill in the owner on his options.
He liked the idea of putting a regular breaker in, then a GFI outlet inplace of the first receptacle wired so it would protect the rest outlets.
At the other job I was on an electrician with a state lic. said it was legal and acceptable to hook it up this way.
Wierd part was I have worked for this customer several times in the past, today was the first time he said " figure up an estimate and let him know" he usualy says fix it and give me a bill. Things are starting to get tight.
Thanks for the info.
Had the same problem a few years back. It was cheaper to replace the panel with a more common unit than buy pushmatic breakers!!
