Not sure if they have replacement blades but they do have the saws.

Sears, Amazon, and others, sell a line of Japanese saws called Shark saws. Most of them have replaceable blades, and they are reasonably affordable.
Have you tried Japan woodworker? I think it's japanwoodworker.com.
I've ordered from them. Good tools.
