JOBSITE OFFICE – What do you use?
Some of our Habitat sites can support a construction trailer, some cannot. Our current build has room for very little of anything.
What works when you can’t bring in the office/toolroom trailer?
Anyone got a workable plans desk/mini office that is secure and won’t vanish with the copper plumbing in the night? We can’t lock the doors yet. Have none to lock.
We’d like to get a multiprinter for the laptop and are kicking around some ideas about built-ins in a job box.
The Army used to have a neat little desk and pigeoholes built into a standard foot locker. The lid dropped down to make a writing surface and there was storage in the box.
Myself, I have a computer workstation built into my van that does a very nice job, with plans spread on the kingsize bed deck.

Not what you're after, but.
Seat of the van. A bit on the dash. Old dodge ramcharger console between the seats.
A quick stop might alter the organization a bit.
Always with me tho.

Somewhere in the old FHB issues is an article/sidebar on your topic. I dunno which one... but I remember it.
