Hey all,
I live in a spec house that was constructed using Jordan windows(no choice). Obviously they’re not Pella or Anderson, but I don’t recall ever hearing anything terribly damning about them.
Well, I have 1 window that has cracked the outside pane(fixed upper, double pane) for the second time (It was replaced once already under warrantee by builder’s sub, but the warrantee’s expired now.), and a couple that are starting to look like they’re building condensation between the panes.
Is it worth trying to repair the current and future issues, or should I just suck it up and replace with Pella or Anderson, and be done with it?
I’m not looking forward to swapping out windows in a 2 year old house(stucco in and out, no less), but I’m less happy about throwing time and money at junk.
FWIW, settling doesn’t appear to be an issue -I’ve got no cracks in the stucco/dw and operation is still smooth.
Any and all replies appreciated, thanks.

Bump.
I may be wrong... But if this is the Jordan you referr to they should still be in full warrenty at 2 years.
