thickness of stainless? total width and length?
etc etc
why?
thin stainless can be laminated with contact cement easily if just flat, with a profile front? not so easy
I laminated SS to the side of a fridge with contact cement, you might try a scrap piece on ply and see what you get.

I did an attic finish-out for a boy's room, used sheet metal v-crimp roofing for the walls (over 1/2" ply) and 20 ga stainless for a desk top (over 3/4" ply). I used parquet floor adhesive with a small v-notch trowel for both metals. For the desk, I bought a mechanics tool chest from Lowes (they had the right size and color) and used that for support and for the drawer part of the desk.
