Helping my brother in law with hardwood floor install. Got to end of project and we don’t have enough clearance for pneumatic nailer and swing of hammer for final 5 rows, wall in the way. I imagine we should predrill the tounge and nail the final five in, with the final 1 inch piece face nailed. We are using oak flooring. Any thoughts on a different method?
Thanks
Kevin

I usually use a 15g finish nailer until it's too close for that, then face nail.
those last couple of rows cut out the rosin paper and use a bit of construction adhesive along with what the man from Gods country said. Use a finish nailer until you just have to face nail.
Get yourself some oak filler or use a little glue and the dust you'll collect when you sand.
