After finally learning how to lay block I was helping a friend lay his basement. 8″ block. I caught on pretty dam- quick if I do say so myself. And a good job. Anyhow, after the first day my forearm / wrist was kinda sore, waited a few days laid more block. GOD, I thought my arm was gonna fall off. I had hard time picking things up next day, still hurts if I move it wrong 1 1/2 weeks later. I don’t do it every day, but in summer we have 2 basements to put up. Is there a splint or something I can use or do to help the pain????? thanks Todd
