I want to install these drainage pipes to divert seepage of water into the basement and to dry out the standing water in the soil (the lot is level, soil sandy) Hence water hardly moves through soil. Can someone tel me the specific method and tools to use? I also need to repair the cinderblock walls which were parged but are not moisture ladened.
