Linoleum sheet intallation

Hi, I would like some (lots) advise on installing a real sheet linoleum (not sheet vinyl) floor. I’ve found instructions all over for installing sheet vinyl and I looked at the Armstrong linoleum instructions but I’d apreciate some help from some one with real experience! Thanks
