There's a company called Unifirst that has a line of work apparel that you can customize for good prices.
I go through a local outfit. They're here, they're close, they deliver to my doorstep. There was a onetime fee for the screen print of $30 and for the embroidery of $75. But they did all the graphics and lettering. Now I just call and say what I want, I have it in a week. Selection is good too. T shirts, polos, Carhartt stuff, shirts, you name it. They are very geared towards working guy clothing. And if you have a favorite jacket you just don't want to give up, you can give it to them, even though you didn't buy it from them, and they'll embroider it for like $10.
