Need to fill holes, about 3″ high, 6″ wide, 6″ deep in a concrete wall. Substance needs to be load-bearing, at least 3000 psi. Not sure what to use, I guess I could mix up a paste of some sort with mortar mix and latex additive, but I can’t have it shrink. Also considered a non-shrink grout or a hydraulic cement, but don’t know if they can be used in that size of a hole. I have four to fill. Any ideas?

huh, let see....... maybe, yes that it...... concrete. try that concrete
I know you're not trying to be a wiseguy, but ....
isn't that gonna shrink?
If you mix it wetenough to shrink you willhave a hardtime packing it in a wall and getting it to stay.
Low slump for wall patch has low shrinkage factor. Mix it dry as possible and pack it in, then trowel off.But first - prep the hole. Blow and scrape all loose dust out, then paint with a bonding addmix. let dry until it is barely tacky, then mix the mud

5,000 # Sakrete with the fiber additive already in it will do pretty well.
