We just moved to E. STroudsburg area and am unable to locate a source for 1/2″ Baltic birch. Anyone out there in the area have a source for me in the I-80 area in east PA? thanks.

thanks. closest on this website is 154 miles away!! ouch.
In my area, Massachusetts, some of the trim carp's and small cabinet shop get their stock from higher end molding and trim suppliers. Where you are in Pa, there has to be a place closer than that. Call a few of the local cabinet shops and ask if the re-sell, they might, but if they don't, ask who is a good local supplier, most will give you that info.
just found a supplier near where I work in NJ. Big relief... thanks.
Try Russell Plywood. They have a branch in Reading that may service your area. Their number is 1-800-787-7355. If that doesn't work out, try calling local cabinet shops and asking where they get their sheet goods. There is almost certainly a distributor that everyone buys from in your area. You may run into a problem just buying one sheet from a distributor that you don't have an account with, though.
I will do so. THanks.
Same answer, ck with local shop. They are all getting delivery from somewhere.
Not what you asked, but Monday I paid 1/2" 5 sheets $108.13, 5 sheets 3/8" $88.75, 5 sheets of 3/4" $167.25. More by the single sheet.
