loose tape at ceiling

I have tape coming loose at junction of wall to ceiling. Only the ceiling part is loose. Should i try to respackle, or pull it all off and re-apply?

    do you know why this happened?

    suck to re-do and have it happen again.

    Why don't you explain the situation, age and type of construction, one wall, whole room, etc?

    with calvin, need to know why the tape is coming loose.

    but if the tape has detached from the ceiling mudding over it will not solve the issue, youll need to pull it off, at least the parts that are loose.
