Need some advice on keeping rain water out of louver vents. I have them in the gable ends and also one in a dormer (where normally you would have a window). When we get a blowing rain (maybe once a month) water is hitting the lourvers and screen, then running down the frame work then onto the wall or ceiling. Just moved into this a few months ago, it is only about two years old. I have caulked the outside, didn’t make any difference. I do have soffit vents and two power roof vents. Surely others have had this problem before. Thanks for any advice.
