Hey guys,
Just returned from the Detroit are visiting my grandparents, etc.
Grandpa gave me some old tools that were used in his business that he just shut down this year. PC power planer with spiral knives, Rockwell 8 1/4 circ, PC hammer drill, and a Makita 2708 table saw, all of which were at least 20 years old.
I am still beaming as the sentimental value alone is worth riches to me.
Question: Does anyone know of an aftermarket or other comparable fence for the 2708 that has a cam style lock rather than the twist?
Thanks.

i have this rousseau table for mine and it feels like a cabinet saw with this setup.http://www.amazon.com
I second the Rousseau praises. I've had mine for about 12 years, and it's a good setup.
I've thought for a long time that I should try to find another 2708, keep one set up for ripping, the other set up for dadoes. Changing the dado sets out is a major PITA.
Congrats on the tool acquisitions. I'm jealous.
