I am wondering if someone can determine the materials used in this home based off the photos? Note that the home is built in Richmond, BC, Canada (near Vancouver) in 1990s.

The water pipes are copper. There looks like there is a short piece of plastic and galvanized in there. This was probably done well after the house was built. The plastic could be PEX or CPVC. If there is galvanized in the water line it should be replaced. If there is gas pipping in the states it would have been black iron for inside, galvanized where exposed and coated iron underground. I can't say about Canada.
The electric is most likely copper for any circuits of 30 amps or less, but possibly aluminum for larger circuits or feeders. Judging by the size of the panel I'd guess 200 amps. The main breaker at the bottom should be marked.
The roofing looks to me like wood shingles.
