Hi All,
Just had to share this one. I purchased a new MAX SN890RH Framing nailer. For some reason not obvious upon inspection it jammed up too often, like about 20 times in a box and a half of nails-3 different brands and sizes. Store I got it couldn’t help me as they were out of stock and I needed one NOW. So today I stop back in to see if they got one and the MAX rep is there, he looks at my gun and sees nothing wrong but wants to fire some nails. No compressor available so he insists on coming to my house which he does.
We shoot off a few nails-yup no jams<G> He can find nothing wrong with it, it looks perfect and he can find no fault with the gun. But he understands my dilema( 2 weeks in repair wont work for me) and knows I’m not making it up and gives me a new nailer!
I’ve never had that sort of service and he knew up front I’m just a carpenter and not a company owner, he drove 15 miles out of his way in rush hour traffic to make sure he had a satisfied customer.
It don’t get no better than that folks,
Warren

I had my fastener rep and the max rep drive out to job site and inspect my roofing gun and put upgraded o-rings in it and gave me a shirt.

What? No hat?
My first max stapler just wasnt working right out of the box. Called the rep and told him I needed it looked at. He drove out the next day and handed me a new gun.
Yea, max guns and reps are really cool in my book. I wish all my guns were max.
