As a follow-up to the discussion titled “Installing DP Cellulose”, G.LaLonde brought up the option of installing a 1/4″ mesh over studs and rocking after blowing. Any additional feedback on this option? An ad in a local paper sells a polyester tire cord reinforced vapor barrier with cells in walls. To me this would eliminate the mess of a mesh. Any experiences with a reinforced vapor barrier? Thanks in advance.
